Mission Falls is closing and won't be making their wonderful superwash merino anymore. I checked at my LYS for other brands last week and NONE are as soft and perfect for winter socks.

Since no stores in Halifax carry it, I'm going to order a whole bunch (bunch meaning, as much as John will let me order without having a fit) from Yarn Forward in Ottawa. My in-laws can pick it up and bring it with them next weekend when they come to visit.

Random question. Is there a list of all the KAL's out there? I've been working on the Branching Out scarf and discovered yesterday that there was a KAL for it at the Knitty Coffeeshop. I'd checked there before but I must have missed it.
